My name is Maria Jose Heredia. As a transformational life and career coach, I believe that  the key to real success and happiness is discovering our purpose and falling in love with ourselves and our lives.  My passion is helping people become who they are meant to be and build a life that resonates with their true selves.

 

I am a passionate, empathetic, optimistic, and curious woman who deeply enjoys building strong connections with people. I have always been fascinated by the wonders of the human mind and its unlimited potential.

I am also a mom of two young children and a wife. In addition to spending quality time with the people I love, during my free time, I find joy in reading about psychology, personal growth, coaching and other topics I'm interested in. I also love listening to music, learning new things, traveling, working out, listening to podcasts, and watching Netflix. My favorite TV show is Friends and I've maybe watched it around 10 times :) .
